1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PrimeBoost Workspace and Marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2 User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, including creating or ordering Gigs, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and maintaining account security.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in the marketplace.
You may not transfer or sell your PrimeBoost account to another party.

3 Gigs and Orders

PrimeBoost allows professionals ("Sellers") to offer services ("Gigs") to clients ("Buyers").

Seller Responsibilities:

Sellers must accurately describe their services, deliver work within the agreed-upon timeframe, and maintain high professional standards. Sellers are solely responsible for the quality of their work.

Buyer Responsibilities:

Buyers must provide clear instructions and necessary materials for the Gig. Buyers are expected to pay for completed work as agreed and communicate respectfully.

4 Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. PrimeBoost holds funds in escrow until the Gig is completed and approved by the Buyer.

PrimeBoost charges a service fee on all transactions. The exact fee percentage is displayed during the Gig creation and checkout processes.
Sellers are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any GST, VAT or otherwise, which may apply to them depending on residency or location.
Withdrawals are processed according to our Payout Policy.

5 User Conduct

We strive to maintain a safe and professional environment. Users are strictly prohibited from:

Sharing contact information to process payments outside the PrimeBoost platform.

Harassing, bullying, or engaging in hate speech against other users.

Uploading malicious software or attempting to breach our security systems.

Creating fraudulent accounts or submitting fake reviews.

6 Intellectual Property

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the Gig description, upon payment completion, the Buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights for the delivered work. The Seller waives any and all moral rights therein.

7 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties.
